BASIC SHORTCUT KEYS
- Ctrl + c (If you are selected for copying text)
- Ctrl + v (to paste the text will be selected)
- Ctrl + z (to achieve the same)
- Shift + delete (permanently delete the selected item)
- Ctrl + x (for cutting)
- Ctrl + a (select all items)
- Alt + F4 (Close moving items or programs)
- Ctrl + Esc (to get the initial menu)
- F10 (go to the menu bar item or Program Play)
- Esc (Cancel recent program)
- Ctrl + End (to go to end of document)
- Ctrl + home (to go to start of document)
- Shift + End (Highlights from the current position to end of line)
- Ctrl + Left arrow (moves one word at a time to the left)

- Shift with any arrow key (more than one item in a window or on the desktop, select, or select text in a document)
- F3 key (Search for a file or folder)
- Alt + Enter (View the properties for the selected item)
- Alt + Spacebar (Open the shortcut menu for the active window)
- Ctrl + F4 (program to close the active document and is useful to open multiple documents at the same time)
- Alt + Tab (Switch between the open items)
- Alt + Esc (Cycle through items in the order in which they were opened)
- F6 key (through screen elements in a window or on the desktop cycle)
